INR and USD are fixed regional prices, not an exchange-rate conversion. Add applicable taxes (GST where applicable); final currency, tax and total are shown before purchase. - Solo INR annual founding offer: ₹2,499 for the first year only, then ₹2,999/year. Eligibility is confirmed before purchase. It is not a lifetime price or an automatically applied checkout discount. USD and Studio prices are unchanged. No end date or customer-count limit is promised. - Both tiers are owner-only today. Studio access for up to 3 members is planned, not available yet. Requests for expanded capacity are reviewed separately. - Prices confirmed for launch; subscription checkout is still controlled separately. - Searchable, filterable and paginated invoice, client and recurring tables with sorting, column choices and responsive record sheets. - INR and USD invoices with discounts, saved products/services, configurable numbering and typed or stepped Hours/Qty. Hours arrows step by 0.25; Qty arrows step by 1; keyboard arrows and up to three decimal places are supported. - GST is selected per draft invoice and recurring recipe: CGST + SGST, IGST, No GST, or eligible export under LUT. No GST remains available with a GSTIN; LUT requires the user’s valid LUT number. Saved business/client eligibility is checked. Currency is chosen separately; USD requires a manually entered INR exchange rate. - 6 built-in PDF templates: Studio, Clean, Compact, Editorial, Bold, and Outline. Duplicate and customise templates, rearrange invoice sections, and select logos, optional signatures, and payment methods. - Recurring recipes copy a draft without modifying it. Edit GST/LUT, currency, items, hours, quantities, rates, discount and notes for future occurrences; earlier invoices stay unchanged. New schedules default paused and activation is explicit. The owner app can choose draft generation or explicitly consent to automatic issue/email when delivery is configured. - Invoice previews and downloaded PDFs share a document design. Issued documents freeze the selected template, parties, logo, tax/LUT, payments and totals. Historical records retain their original issued details. - Save Indian bank, US bank and UPI methods; choose which appear per template or invoice. Revocable public invoice links and manually recorded payment status are supported. Billkind does not process client payments. - Scoped OAuth/API tokens and MCP connections for compatible tools, with separate opt-in read/write permissions for invoice settings, saved products/services, templates and recurring recipes. MCP can manage drafts and draft-only recurring schedules, defaults new schedules to paused, and never issues invoices, sends invoices to clients, moves money or enables automatic issue/email. Active draft schedules may notify the owner. Existing grants do not gain new scopes automatically. App, API, and MCP enforce the same current-plan limits and active subscription/grace-period write access. Existing records remain readable after paid writing expires; changing plan limits does not delete records.
