Billkind is an invoicing workspace for independent professionals, freelancers, consultants, and small studios. Keep client records, create considered invoices, and give regular work a repeating schedule.
Yes. GST is chosen per draft invoice and recurring recipe. No GST is available even when your business has a GSTIN. Eligible exports under LUT require your LUT number. INR or USD is a separate choice; for USD you enter the INR exchange rate yourself. Taxable modes are checked against saved registration and place of supply.
Billkind assigns the invoice number and freezes the document details, including the template, parties, logo, items, GST/LUT, payment details and totals. Later profile, template or recurring recipe edits do not rewrite issued invoices. The invoice preview and PDF use the same document design.
Yes. A schedule has its own saved invoice recipe with GST/LUT, currency, exchange rate, hourly or per-item lines, discounts and notes. Changes apply to future occurrences and preserve the source draft and invoices already generated. New schedules start paused. In the owner app, activate draft generation or explicitly consent to automatic issue and email when delivery is configured.
No. Save Indian bank, US bank and UPI methods, select which appear on a template or invoice, and manually record payment. A Billkind subscription pays for the software; it is separate from your client invoices.
The cloud web app is in launch preparation. Subscriptions are not open yet. Contact us about availability. Current product screenshots show the app with fictional records; the design may continue to evolve.
