Who is responsible

Billkind is a product of AppsGoodu, operated by Manjunath G in India. Contact support@billkind.app for privacy questions or requests.

This policy applies to the public Billkind marketing website and correspondence with Billkind support. The website explains the product, shows fictional examples and provides sample downloads. It does not currently offer account registration, accept payments or collect invoice records.

Website visits and hosting

The website is hosted using Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, including your IP address, requested page, browser or device information, request time and security events, to deliver the site, diagnose failures and protect it against abuse. Their technical logs and any infrastructure security cookies are handled under the providers’ applicable policies and operational retention practices.

This website does not embed analytics, advertising trackers, social feeds, account forms or checkout. Pricing selections may be saved in your browser’s local storage. A first-party region request uses the country supplied by the hosting network (including a fallback to Cloudflare’s same-domain connection information, from which only the country is kept) to select an initial INR or USD display; it does not call an external geolocation service, retain an IP address for currency selection or override your explicit choice. The country is used only to choose the initial price display. Its own code does not set marketing cookies. Fonts, screenshots and other page assets are served with the site. Opening an email link, AppsGoodu link or another external service takes you to that service, which has its own privacy practices.

When you contact support

Our monitored support address is support@billkind.app. Support email is handled through Google Workspace. If you write to us, we receive the email address, message, ordinary email metadata and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, investigate your request, maintain necessary support records and protect against abuse.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, full payment-card details or unnecessary client information. Remove private details from screenshots and examples wherever possible.

Sharing and service providers

We use hosting, network/security and email providers to deliver the website and handle support. Those providers process information needed for those services and may process it outside your country. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights or respond to a security issue.

The current marketing website does not submit account, invoice or payment information to Resend, Dodo Payments or a Billkind application database.

Retention and security

We keep support correspondence and related records for as long as needed to address the enquiry, operate support, resolve disputes, prevent abuse or meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting and security logs follow the service providers’ applicable retention practices. We review and remove information when it is no longer needed, subject to those obligations and normal backup cycles.

Access to support and service administration is limited to what is needed to operate the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Deletion from live records does not mean that every backup copy is removed immediately.

Your requests and choices

To ask for access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, or to raise a privacy concern, email support@billkind.app. We may need to verify your identity or connection to the request before responding. If we must retain information for a legal obligation or another valid reason, we will explain the relevant limitation. You may also exercise any rights available under applicable data-protection law.

You can browse the public pages without creating a Billkind account or sending a support email.

Future cloud-app processing

The Billkind cloud app is being prepared for public launch. Customer accounts, app/API hosting and paid subscriptions are not open through this marketing website. Before public account registration or payment is enabled, we will publish the applicable app privacy information, including actual hosting, providers, locations, retention and account-deletion arrangements.

The implemented app is designed to process account and authentication information, business/client details, invoice items, tax identifiers, payment instructions, logos and preferences. It uses PostgreSQL and Better Auth, with Resend and Dodo Payments adapters for configured email and subscription billing. These are descriptions of the intended app workflow, not a statement that this website currently collects those records or that those services are publicly available.

Any earlier offline mobile release has its own data handling and published privacy information; this website does not claim that those local records are cloud-synced.

Children and policy changes

Billkind is intended for adults managing business invoicing, not for children. We may update this policy when the website, providers or service change. The effective date will identify the current version, and material changes affecting a launched service will be communicated where required.
