Billkind Solo includes 2 business workspaces and 10 active clients per business, 200 saved items and 20 API/MCP connections per business, with email support. Billkind Studio includes 5 business workspaces and 50 active clients per business, 1000 items and 50 connections per business, with priority email support. Both include the same invoicing features. Both are owner-only today; Studio access for up to 3 members is planned, not available yet.
Monthly and yearly billing have the same features and capacity within each tier. Yearly subscriptions are billed upfront for a year and renew yearly. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Prices are fixed separately in INR and USD; the currency switch is not a live exchange-rate conversion.
The Solo annual founding offer is ₹2,499 for the first year only, then ₹2,999 per year at the regular annual price. It applies only to eligible INR annual subscriptions, with eligibility confirmed before purchase. It is not a lifetime price, and it is not automatically applied to checkout. USD and Studio prices are unchanged. Subscriptions and checkout are not currently open.
Both tiers currently have one account owner and no member invitations or shared team access. Studio access for up to 3 members is planned for a future release and is not an available feature today.

When subscriptions open, cancel before renewal using the billing portal when available or support@billkind.app. Request a refund within 7 days of your first Billkind subscription payment, whether monthly or yearly. Renewal requests are reviewed for billing errors, material service failures and applicable consumer rights. Read the full refunds and cancellation policy for details.
No. Your subscription pays for Billkind software. Add your own bank or UPI instructions and manually record client payments; Billkind does not collect them or charge a percentage of invoice value.
Prices are shown in INR for India and USD elsewhere, with a visible currency switch. They are fixed regional prices. Add applicable taxes (GST where applicable); the final currency, tax and total will be shown before purchase. Subscription currency is independent of the INR or USD currency on your client invoices.
