Operator and current availability

Billkind is a product of AppsGoodu, operated by Manjunath G in India. For website, product or service questions, contact support@billkind.app.

These terms apply to this public website, its product information and sample downloads. The cloud app is being prepared for launch. This website does not currently accept a subscription payment, create a customer account, take a preorder or promise immediate app access. The subscription clauses below describe the planned offering and apply only if that service opens and you choose to purchase it.

Using this website

You may browse the product information and download sample invoices to evaluate Billkind. Screenshots and sample documents contain fictional records. They are examples, not tax advice, actual customer accounts, payment instructions or documents to submit as your own invoices.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious content through support, or use our branding to imply an endorsement. Rights in Billkind software, branding and supplied website materials remain with their respective owners.

Planned subscription scope

Billkind Solo: 2 business workspaces and 10 active clients per business. Business workspaces: 2 per account; Active clients: 10 per business; Included invoice designs: 6 built-in templates; Custom invoice templates: 24 per business; Saved payment methods: 20 per business; Saved products and services: 200 per business; Active API / MCP connections: 20 per business; Invoice count: No monthly invoice count cap. Email support. Owner-only access.

Billkind Studio: 5 business workspaces and 50 active clients per business. Business workspaces: 5 per account; Active clients: 50 per business; Included invoice designs: 6 built-in templates; Custom invoice templates: 24 per business; Saved payment methods: 20 per business; Saved products and services: 1000 per business; Active API / MCP connections: 50 per business; Invoice count: No monthly invoice count cap. Priority email support. Owner-only today; up to 3 team members planned, not available yet.

Both tiers include INR/USD invoices, template customisation, recurring schedules, public invoice links and configured API/MCP features. Monthly and yearly billing have the same limits within each tier. App, API and MCP apply the same current-plan limits. Expanded capacity is reviewed separately. Email delivery depends on configured services and assistant access on a compatible client and your permission. Native subscriptions or cloud sync are not included unless separately announced. Public customer access is not currently available.

Planned pricing and renewals

Billkind Solo: INR 299/month or 2999/year; USD 5/month or 49/year, billed upfront. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; yearly subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled.

Billkind Studio: INR 799/month or 7999/year; USD 12/month or 119/year, billed upfront. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; yearly subscriptions renew yearly until cancelled.

The Solo INR annual founding offer is ₹2,499 for the first year only, then ₹2,999 per year at the regular annual price. Eligibility is confirmed before purchase. It is not a lifetime price or an automatically applied checkout discount; USD and Studio prices are unchanged.

These are fixed regional prices, with applicable taxes additional (GST where applicable). The final currency, taxes, total, interval and renewal conditions will be shown before purchase. Invoice currency is separate from subscription currency. No free tier or trial is offered.

No charge can be made through this website today. If subscriptions open, the terms and price shown at checkout govern that purchase. Material price changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal.

Delivery and account responsibilities

The planned product is an online software subscription, with no physical shipment. When paid subscriptions open, access will be activated after payment and subscription status are verified. If you are charged but cannot access the service, contact support so we can investigate and provide the access or appropriate remedy.

If you use the app when available, provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and enter only records you are entitled to process. You remain responsible for invoice contents, tax treatment, amounts, client information and recipients. Do not use the service for fraud, spam, unlawful activity or unauthorised access.

Cancellation and refunds

The refunds and cancellation policy provides a 7-day first-payment refund request window for either monthly or yearly billing. You can request cancellation or billing help at support@billkind.app. A billing portal may also be provided when subscriptions open. Cancel before the next scheduled renewal to stop future renewal charges; cancellation alone does not create a refund.

Writing in the app requires an active subscription or its recorded grace period. After paid writing expires, existing records and PDF downloads remain available subject to account access and the applicable retention terms; this is not a promise of indefinite storage. Any refund or service termination may affect paid access.

Invoice records and professional advice

Issued invoices retain the details saved when they were issued. Later changes to a business, client or template do not rewrite those documents. Review a draft before issuing it.

Billkind is invoicing software. It does not collect your clients’ payments, reconcile bank transactions, file tax returns, certify invoices or provide tax, legal, investment or accounting advice. Adding bank or UPI details is different from processing a payment. No particular business, payment or tax outcome is promised.

Availability, changes and rights

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Product design and features may change. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal requirements or misuse. Any paid-service change, restriction or discontinuation remains subject to the terms accepted for that purchase and applicable law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Law and questions

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory law or consumer rights that apply to you. No provision requires you to give up a right or remedy that applicable law protects.
